2nd Annual Puttin' on the Glitz

The Sault Area Hospital Foundation hosts its annual "Puttin' on the Glitz" fundraiser.  This very special evening will feature tantalizing appetizers, cash bar, live entertainment and few other surprisesthe Sports and Leisure Silent and Live Auction will have a variety of items for both men and ladies to bid on including a Bobby Orr autographed jersey, tickets to an Ottawa Senator game, and spa packages.   All proceeds will go towards the purchase of Anesthetic Gas Monitors for the surgical department at Sault Area Hospital.

The event gets underway at 7:30 pm.  Tickets are now available at $75/per person which includes a $20 tax receipt.

Pino's Charity Golf Classic!

Sister's Dying Moments Inspire Book

Denise Rodda, RPN has written a book chronicling her sister's last days as she battled cancer and encourages everyone to know their health genealogy.  This is so very important and can actually save your life since you will know what to look for and what to be tested for.

This 205-page softcover book sells for $17.95 with $2.00 from each book sold being donated to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation's Cancer Care Fund.
