Top Up Program
The Beacon of Hope recognition wall honours individuals, families, businesses, service clubs and other organizations that have, over the years, generously given gifts accumulating to $1,000 or more to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation. The Top Up program is a letter sent to share the total giving history of our donors. We also let donors know if their total giving history is closely approaching the next level on the donor recognition wall. They have the option of making a donation to reach a level to have their name included on the recognition wall for the upcoming year. This is also an opportunity to be in touch and share the current equipment needs of the hospital, as well as news and information about the Foundation.
The Celebration of Life Recognition Wall acknowledges the special contributions of family and friends who have donated in memory of a loved one to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation. The In Memoriam Top Up Program is a way we share information with the next of kin and/or their family members to let them know the total of the donations that have been received in memory of their loved one. Once the total in donations reach $1000, their loved ones name is placed on the Celebration of Life Recognition wall in the main public corridor across from a magnificent courtyard.
For more information about either Top-up Program, your giving history or if you would like to know if donations have been given in memory of your loved one, please contact Melissa Watson at the Foundation office at (705) 759-3434 ext. 4372.
