How do I get my tickets when I order online?
Tickets will be automatically delivered to the email address you provide! Free of charge.
Please check your junk mail and spam folders, tickets can sometimes be filtered due to strict filters. Tickets are delivered via "SAHF 5050<firstname.lastname@example.org>" - email@example.com</firstname.lastname@example.org>
I purchased a ticket, can I get a refund?
Each request will be assessed on a case to case basis. If the request for a refund has merit and is made prior to the draw, we will determine if a refund is eligible.

Must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket.
Must be within Ontario when purchasing a ticket.
Winning ticket details will be posted at www.soo5050.ca
Winning numer is chosen by Random Number Generation.
Sault Area Hospital Foundation Staff and Board of Directors, as well as their spouses, children and children-in-law are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.
All prizes must be claimed within 6 months.
Winning ticket as well as Photo ID is required to claim prize.
Prize is at minimum, 50% of gross sales for the specific raffle.
All unclaimed prizes will be subject to AGCO unclaimed prize policy and procedure.

I didn't receive my tickets - what do I do?
First, please check your junk mail and spam folders, tickets can sometimes be filtered due to strict filters. Tickets are delivered via "SAHF 5050" - firstname.lastname@example.org. Whitelist this address with your email provider.
If you check spam and still can't find your tickets, please contact Logan Costa at email@example.com or 705-759-3816 with:
• Your name
• The name the tickets were purchased under
• When you purchased the tickets
• The email address the tickets should have been sent to
He will check into the purchase, and get in touch with you.
I'd like to purchase tickets as a gift, how do I do it?
1. Put the name of who the ticket is for in "Step 2"
- You can put your email address if you want to hold the ticket until it's time to give it to them by either printing out their tickets or forwarding them or email it directly to them.
2. In "Step 3" just put your info as the purchaser.
