Fire (food) Stations

The adventure begins as you snowshoe along a trail marked with fire stations. Let the warm glow lead you to savoury snacks and hot beverages as you take in Mother's Nature's beauty

5:30 p.m.

Dinner in the Woods

Cozy up on sheepskin covered benches at the long table in the woods and enjoy a feast from the flames prepared by Chef Nowak.  

7:00 p.m.

Fire + Starlight

Gather around a roaring fire, stare up at the stars and share stories (and a night cap!) as you enjoy this magical evening.

Celebrate the end of the season. On March 28, join us for a unique wintery dining adventure - Farm to Fire - in support of Sault Area Hospital Foundation.   

 

"Farm to Fire" is a live-fire cooking experience, where Chef Erik Nowak prepares the meal outdoors, over an open flame.  Inspired by the joy of food, fire and nature, let us create space for you to slow down, connect and savour the moment. You'll gather around a candle-lit, long table set amongst the trees, on a snowy trail and enjoy a magical dining experience. Come join us!

 Your ticket includes:

  • transportation to and from event

  • welcome beverages + snacks

  • guided snowshoe tour 

  • four-course seated meal

  • wine/cocktail pairing

  • $100 tax receipt
