The G. Marconi Society gets a Hole in One with Golf Classic fundraiser

The G. Marconi Society Golf Classic 2022, held on September 11th, raised a total of $5,750 for Sault Area Hospital Foundation! Proceeds will support the Surgical Care Fund at SAH.

Members of the G. Marconi Society, including Jerry Bumbacco, Executive Committee member, Brian Delorenzi, President, Angelo Pucci, Vice President and Harvey Barsanti, Chair of the Golf Committee, celebrate their $5,000 gift with Teresa Martone, Executive Director of Sault Area Hospital Foundation.

The event raised $5,000 for SAHF. This was boosted to $5,750 thanks to a donation from IG Wealth Management to match the gift of a generous employee who participated.

The total amount of $5,750 will support Surgical Care, helping to provide equipment that is used in the operating room, or to support surgery.

The G. Marconi Society Golf Classic was a success thanks to the 140 golfers, many volunteers, and sponsors who turned up to support Sault Area Hospital Foundation. Thank you to everyone who took part!
