Sault Area Hospital (SAH) is home to the only Emergency Department (ED) in Sault Ste. Marie, and the largest in Algoma.
Every year, about 27,000 people rely on the ED for urgent medical care.
This spring, Tony and Anna Ruscio and Family generously matched your gifts, up to $200,000, to support the growing needs in the ED.
Thanks to your support, 20 new pieces of critical equipment are here! New portable patient monitors, telemetry packs, portable ultrasounds, and hospital beds are helping improve patient care for the people who depend on SAH every year.
